Hi, I'm Zoe, Branch Manager for Urban & Rural in Newport Pagnell. I began my journey in estate agency in early 2021, driven by a genuine passion for helping people find their dream homes. Specialising in Newport Pagnell, North East Milton Keynes and the surrounding villages, I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service and making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. As Branch Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the office, support and develop the team, and ensure every client receives a professional and proactive service from start to finish. A key part of my role is maintaining regular communication with our sellers through weekly care calls, providing honest feedback, market insights, and tailored advice to keep their sale on track and moving forward. Building strong, lasting relationships with my clients is at the heart of what I do, and I'm committed to guiding you through every step of one of life's biggest decisions.
