Amanda Ayers
Senior Valuer

Property has always been my passion. After founding and successfully selling my own interiors company, I decided to turn my lifelong love of homes into a career. Having bought, sold, and developed several of my own properties over the years, I gained valuable insight into what makes a home truly special and what buyers are really looking for. I began my estate agency career as a negotiator and am now a valuer, but I still consider myself very much a hands-on all-rounder. I love being involved at every stage of the journey-from the initial valuation, to being out viewing and then right through the progression stages to handing over the keys. For me, it's all about building trust, offering honest advice, and making the process as smooth as possible for my clients. Outside of work, I treasure time with my children and grandchildren. I also love to travel and am always on the lookout for unusual and inspiring places to visit.
