Planning Applications

The planning procedure is frequently a requirement prior to beginning any construction project. It is often considered a daunting prospect by many with little or no experience dealing with it. 

Urban & Rural Land & Planning have personnel with a history of handling planning applications with various Borough Councils who have a clear understanding of the planning process. we utlise our experince to determine if planning is needed and how to make designs more appealing to the planners and their policies.

We are happy to prepare documents for people to apply for their own permissions however generally our clients prefer us to take the burden from them and manage everything chronologically from application through to the final decision. We can manage the whole process on your behalf and we are happy to tackle all queries, disputes and apply changes to drawings when neccessary.

He has a keen eye for planning opportunities and enjoys the feasibility studies involved. During this time, he has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from commercial, educational and high end residential. He has extensive experience leading a variety of projects in conservation and town planning.

Joanne has over 15 years’ experience in office supervisory and management roles, these vary from customer service through to more recent roles within facilities management and building/construction but is now focusing on finance and accounts.
