VALUATION FOR EDUCATION SCHEME
Giving generously to our communities with over £24,000 already donated to local schools!

Here at Urban & Rural we are always donating money to various good causes however we discussed ideas to reach a more structured and useful way to ensure these funds are put to good use and that even more people benefit from them.
This is how the idea 'Valuation for education' was founded. We understand that schools are under funded and that many hours are put in by the school staff, parents and children to raise money for the good of the school. We have looked for a way to offer realistic chances for schools to benefit across the County by forging a mutually beneficial partnership with us.
Schools across the Region have received our invitation to request a registration pack to join the scheme. All they have to do is notify the parents of their pupils that they have entered into the scheme and all that they have to do, if they are thinking of selling their home, is simply have a free valuation carried out by their local branch of Urban & Rural, at no cost or obligation. In return, for every valuation we carry out, we will complete a voucher at the appointment which will entitle the home owners nominated school an entry into our monthly prize draw for £1000.
Even better, this campaign has now been run for over 24 months so we have now donated more than £24,000 to local schools. We are continuing the promotion indefinitely so each school could, if they were lucky, win up to £12,000 alternatively, if enough schools get behind this, up to twelve could benefit each year!
Sound too good to be true? We already donate thousands every year to varying causes, some of which are schools but we now want to make it more official.
We will be heavily marketing the campaign on radio, in local press, within our twelve branches and through the schools.
The campaign started from 1st July 2006. Remember, its simple, the more entries your school gets the more chance of winning!

PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR SCHOOL TO TAKE PART - EVEN NON PARENTS CAN REQUEST A VOUCHER WHEN HAVING A VALUATION AND NOMINATE AN ENTRY TO ANY SCHOOL THAT HAS REGISTERED WITH THE SCHEME! IF YOU PLACE AN ENTRY FOR A NON REGISTERED SCHOOL DON'T WORRY - WE WILL WRITE TO THEM AGAIN ASKING THEM TO REGISTER!
