We appreciate that buyers need assistance and this cash sum will be a welcome boost for those looking to cover the costs of moving. Whilst this scheme includes a selection of both sole and multiple agency instructions, if you are looking to buy a home which is available with Urban & Rural and other agents, this incentive will encourage the buyer to contact Urban & Rural which in turn will attract more serious buyers to homes advertised with us making it a win-win situation.

Terms & conditions of the promotion:

In order to qualify for £500 on legal completion of a purchase of a property included in the promotion the following must take place:
1. The property must be included in the promotion at the time of viewing and the offer must be submitted on or before 30th September 2008. Those included will carry the promotional message " £500 cashback" . If you are not sure simply ask the branch whether the property of interest is included!

2. The buyer must allow Urban & Rural to provide a legal services quote from one of their recommended companies. You may choose whoever you wish to act for you as there is no obligation to use one of our preferred companies!

3. The buyer must agree to speak to an Urban & Rural Financial Services advisor to allow us to verify their ability to raise funds (subject to status) for the purchase so that we can reassure our client. Whilst we may offer you alternate products which we feel may be of interest and could save you money you are not obliged to arrange your mortgage or finance with us.

4. The £500 cheque will be paid to the buyer directly within seven days following receipt of full payment of our selling fees from the vendor.
Provided the above has taken place the amount will be paid by cheque in the name of the purchaser(s). This amount is not transferrable but the money is the buyers to spend as they wish. Urban & Rural are not restricting a buyer or insisting that they buy additional products with us. It really is as simple as 'if the house you wish to buy is included in the promotion during the time frame allotted the buyer will get £500!' so it really could pay to buy with Urban & Rural!
